The value for money at Exclusive Cardiff City Centre was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, and the location was perfect, right across from a shopping center and within walking distance of Cardiff Castle. The staff, especially the manager Jay, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering some milk and sugar for the coffee, and maybe some extra towels.

Oh, I absolutely hated the uncomfortable bed. Nothing like a back ache to make me appreciate my stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our group trip. With a Tesco right across the road and a 2, minute walk to the city center, everything was easily accessible. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well, furnished, with a comfortable bed and a great shower room. the responsive and friendly staff at the 24, hour reception made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the secure carport was a great advantage for us.
